Template — Answer Mercado Libre questions automatically
The problem

Key configuration
Section titled “Key configuration”- Ground the AI on the item’s title, attributes and description to avoid wrong answers.
- Set a confidence threshold: below it, route to a human instead of auto-posting.
- Keep a short FAQ in a Data Store the AI can reference (shipping, warranty, etc.).
