SFEP Panama — Electronic invoicing (DGI, Electronic Invoice)

Overview

The SFEP nodes connect your workflows to Panama’s electronic invoicing (DGI, Panama’s Electronic Invoicing System). Floogos builds the FE (XML, DGI format), optionally signs it, and sends it to a PAC (Qualified Authorization Provider) that validates it, assigns the CUFE and transmits it to the DGI, returning the CAFE (Authorization Certificate) with its QR.

Credential

The nodes use a credential of type SFEP. Create it under Credentials → Add → Panama / DGI (SFEP) with:

Field	Description
Issuer RUC + DV	The unique registry and its check digit.
PAC + credentials	The provider (`thefactoryhka` or `generic`) and its token/username.
Legal name / Branch	Issuer details.
Billing point	Point code (`001`).
Location	Address, township, district, province, coordinates.
Environment	Test or Production.
Certificate (.p12)	Optional: only if you sign yourself.

Issue an invoice

Node: SFEP: Issue invoice. precioUnitario values are without ITBMS; Floogos computes the ITBMS (7%, rate 01) and totals. The receptor is optional (omit for final consumer).

Per-item tasaItbms: 01 7% (default), 02 10%, 03 15%, 00 exempt. The node returns the CUFE, the CAFE URL and the QR.

Credit and debit notes

Node: SFEP: Credit/Debit note. The note references the origin FE by its CUFE via referencia:

Cancel an FE

Node: SFEP: Cancel FE. Cancels an FE by its CUFE (with a mandatory reason), through the PAC.

Printable rendering (QR)

Node: SFEP: Rendering / QR. Generates the printable CAFE in HTML (exportable to PDF), with the CUFE and the QR pointing to the DGI’s public lookup (or the PAC’s CAFE URL).

Error handling
