DgiiConsultarEstado

Queries the status of an e-CF with the DGII of the Dominican Republic using the TrackId assigned by the DGII during reception. The returned status can be Accepted, Rejected, ConditionallyAccepted or InProcess. If the node finds the document in the database by its TrackId, it updates the record with the final result.

This is the node to use when issuance (DgiiEmitirFactura or DgiiEmitirNota) was done with consultar_estado set to false, or when the DGII initially returned InProcess and the query needs to be retried later.

FieldTypeRequiredDescription
credentials_idcredentialsYesdgii credential
track_idtextYesTrackId returned when issuing the e-CF

This module requires a dgii credential type with the following fields:

  • Digital certificate (.p12): signing certificate in base64 (alternatively, private key + certificate in PEM)
  • Certificate password: password for the .p12 file
  • Issuer RNC: tax ID of the issuing company (9 to 11 digits)
  • Environment: test, cert (certification) or prod (production)
{
"trackId": "TR-2026-000123456",
"estado": "accepted",
"estadoDgii": "Aceptado",
"aceptado": true,
"rechazado": false,
"mensajes": [],
"encf": "E310000000123"
}
{
"credentials_id": "cred-dgii-prod",
"track_id": "TR-2026-000123456"
}
  • The normalized estado field returned by the node can be accepted, rejected, conditional or received (equivalent to InProcess, still unresolved).
  • The estadoDgii field keeps the literal text returned by the DGII, useful for showing it as-is on screen.
  • If the TrackId does not match any e-CF issued by this tenant, the node still queries the DGII but cannot fill encf in the response.
  • The query is read-only: it does not retry reception or modify the document, it only updates the stored status.
