Description

Official BCB exchange rate (USD/BOB and UFV, updated daily at 00:05) and buy/sell quotes per bank (every 30 minutes), with history. No API key needed. Use it for the “exchange rate” field of dollar invoices.

Part of the Bolivia Fiscal Hub as an alternative to connecting directly to the SIAT: factura.bo (SimplifyIT S.R.L.) is a provider that builds and signs the XML and sends it to the SIN. Node: «Tipo de cambio».

Credentials

This node uses public endpoints: it needs no credential. If you pick one, its environment is used.

The output is stored under the configured key (output_key, default facturabo) and the rest of data is kept. On error: error.message, error.type and, where applicable, status and siat_code.

Notes

Public endpoints: they need no API key or credential. The official BCB rate (USD/BOB and UFV) updates daily at 00:05 Bolivia time; the bank rates (buy and sell) every 30 minutes.
Use it for the “exchange rate” field of dollar invoices (currency 2), which must be the official BCB rate.
If a bank does not respond, its last quote is shown with its fecha_actualizacion.
