Description

Manages your factura.bo account: see credits, modality and status; credit usage per day or month; sync the CUIS and CUFD (recommended daily at 00:05 Bolivia time, the CUFD expires every 24 h); list, create and close points of sale; list branches; and see the public status of the API and the SIAT.

Part of the Bolivia Fiscal Hub as an alternative to connecting directly to the SIAT: factura.bo (SimplifyIT S.R.L.) is a provider that builds and signs the XML and sends it to the SIN. Node: «Cuenta, sincronización y puntos de venta».

Credentials

This module requires a credential of type facturabo with the fields:

• API key: get it at app.factura.bo → More → API Key
• Environment: testing (sandbox, pilot SIAT) or production; the key does not reveal it, you choose
• NIT and SIAT system code: to sync CUIS/CUFD and catalogs
• Default branch and point of sale: 0 = head office / main point
• Webhook secret (whsec_…): to verify event signatures

The output is stored under the configured key (output_key, default facturabo) and the rest of data is kept. On error: error.message, error.type and, where applicable, status and siat_code.

Notes

• “Sync” gets the CUIS and CUFD; the CUFD expires every 24 h, so schedule it daily at 00:05 (Bolivia time). A 123 rejection means an expired CUFD.
• Points of sale are created with a stable referencia: reuse it on retries to recover the assigned code. Demo accounts get simulated codes.
• “API and SIAT status” is public (the key is not sent).
