Home Dashboard
What is the Home Dashboard
Section titled “What is the Home Dashboard”The Home Dashboard is the first screen you see when you log into Floogos. It consolidates the operational status of all your automations in a single panel: key indicators, a 30-day activity chart, a recent executions table, and unresolved alerts.
Data refreshes automatically every 30 seconds and also updates immediately when a relevant event occurs (new execution, workflow created or deleted, incident resolved).
Main KPIs
Section titled “Main KPIs”Four cards summarize the overall health of your automations.
| Indicator | Value | Origin |
|---|---|---|
| Total Workflows | Number of workflows registered in your account | workflows table — all records for the client |
| Active Workflows | Workflows in “play” state (enabled) | workflows table — records with isplay = 1 |
| Success Rate | % of successful executions out of total in the last 30 days | workflowstates table — (total - failed) / total × 100 |
| Alerts | Unresolved errors (open incidents) | workflowstates — nodes with status = 'failed' with no matching entry in workflowincidents where incident_status = 'resolved' |
How Success Rate is calculated
Section titled “How Success Rate is calculated”Success Rate reflects the real reliability of your running automations — not how many workflows are enabled. The formula is:
Success Rate = (total_executions - failed_executions) / total_executions × 100Data comes from the same service that powers the Insights section (/api/workflow/insights/trends?days=30), so this value is consistent with what you will see there.
Example: If there were 200 executions in the last 30 days and 60 failed, the success rate is 70 %.
Daily Execution Volume
Section titled “Daily Execution Volume”An area chart showing your workflow activity day by day over the last 30 days.
- Orange line — total executions for the day
- Red line — executions that failed that day
Data origin
Section titled “Data origin”Data comes from GET /api/workflow/insights/trends?days=30, which groups records from the workflowstates table by day. This is the exact same source as the trends chart in Insights → Temporal.
Period statistics
Section titled “Period statistics”Three summary figures are shown below the chart, covering the 30-day window:
| Stat | Description | Origin |
|---|---|---|
| Executions (30d) | Total accumulated executions in the period | Sum of total in the daily series from workflowstates |
| Daily peak | Highest number of executions recorded on a single day | Max of total in the daily series |
| Avg response time | Mean response time of the most recent executions | response_time_ms field from the 50 most recent entries in workflowstates |
Recent Activity
Section titled “Recent Activity”A table showing the last 50 executions in your account, ordered by execution date descending.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Workflow | Name of the parent workflow the execution belongs to |
| Node | Last node executed in that instance |
| Time | Response time in milliseconds |
| Status | completed (success) or failed (error) |
| Date | Execution date and time |
Click any row to go directly to the workflow editor.
Data origin
Section titled “Data origin”Data comes from the workflowstates table and is enriched via workflowinstances and workflows to retrieve the parent workflow name.
Alerts & Incidents
Section titled “Alerts & Incidents”Panel listing open errors grouped by workflow + node + error message. An error appears here when:
- The node has
status = 'failed'inworkflowstates - No entry exists in
workflowincidentswithincident_status = 'resolved'for that error
Columns
Section titled “Columns”| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Workflow | Name of the workflow where the error occurred |
| Node | Node that failed |
| Error | Recorded error message |
| Occurrences | How many times this error has repeated |
| Last seen | Date of the most recent occurrence |
Resolving an incident
Section titled “Resolving an incident”Click the resolve button next to an alert to mark it as resolved. You can add a note explaining the cause or the fix applied. When resolved, all identical errors (same parent workflow, same node, same error message) are marked as resolved at once.
Data freshness
Section titled “Data freshness”The dashboard uses an event-driven cache:
- Data is served from cache to avoid expensive queries on every visit.
- The cache is automatically invalidated when a write event occurs: workflow execution, workflow creation or deletion, state change (enable/disable), or incident resolution.
- As a fallback, the cache expires every 10 minutes even if no event has occurred.
This means the displayed data is always fresh after any relevant action, without needing to manually reload the page.
Interactive tutorial
Section titled “Interactive tutorial”On your first login (or when restarting the tutorial from the user menu), a guided tour walks you through each section of the dashboard:
- Navigation menu
- New workflow button
- Dark mode and language selector
- User menu
- KPI cards — what each card represents
- Success Rate — calculation explanation and data origin
- Daily volume chart — how to read lines and colors
- Period statistics — Executions, Daily peak, Avg response time
- Recent activity
You can relaunch the tutorial at any time from User menu → Help → View tutorial.
