DgiiEmitirNota

Description

Issues a Debit Note (33) or Credit Note (34) to the DGII of the Dominican Republic, referencing the e-NCF of the e-CF being modified. The node builds the note’s XML with reference, buyer and item data, signs it with XMLDSig using the credential’s .p12 certificate, authenticates using the seed mechanism and performs the reception.

Just like invoice issuance, it returns the TrackId, the note’s e-NCF and the security code, and can query the final status in the same step.

Credentials

This module requires a dgii credential type with the following fields:

• Digital certificate (.p12): signing certificate in base64 (alternatively, private key + certificate in PEM)
• Certificate password: password for the .p12 file
• Issuer RNC: tax ID of the company issuing the note (9 to 11 digits)
• Environment: test, cert (certification) or prod (production)

Notes

• The nota.items field is required and must have at least one item; if missing, the node returns an error without signing or sending anything.
• Referencing the origin e-NCF in informacionReferencia.ncfModificado is mandatory; without it the node rejects the note before building the XML.
• If the credential’s .p12 certificate is expired, the node rejects issuance.
• The note is linked to the original e-CF in the database, which allows tracing the complete modification history of a document.
