FEL Guatemala — Electronic Invoicing (SAT, DTE)

Overview

The FEL nodes connect your workflows with Guatemala’s electronic invoicing (SAT, Factura Electrónica en Línea). Floogos builds the DTE, optionally signs it and sends it to a certifier that certifies it with the SAT, returning the Authorization Number (UUID).

Credential

The nodes use a FEL credential. Create it under Credentials → Add → Guatemala SAT / FEL with:

Field	Description
Certifier + user/key	The certification provider and its credentials.
Issuer NIT	The tax ID.
Name / Trade name	Issuer data.
VAT affiliation	General (GEN) or Small taxpayer (PEQ).
Establishment and location	Establishment code, address, municipality, department.
Environment	Test or Production.
Certificate (.p12)	Optional: only if you sign.

Issuing an invoice

Node: FEL: Issue invoice. Example:

precioUnitario is VAT-included; Floogos computes the taxable base (price/1.12) and VAT (12%). Recipient NIT CF = final consumer. bienOServicio: B good, S service.

Credit and debit notes

Credit/debit note issues an NCRE or NDEB that references the origin document with referencia (the original document UUID, series/number and the reason):

Cancelling a DTE

Cancel DTE cancels a certified document by its UUID (with a mandatory reason), through the certifier.

Printable representation (QR)

Representation / QR generates the printable representation in HTML (exportable to PDF), with the Authorization Number and the QR pointing to the SAT public verifier.

Error handling

Situation	Retryable	What to do
Certifier rejects	No	The node returns the certifier error. Fix the DTE.
Expired certificate	No	Renew the `.p12` and update the credential.
Network / Timeout	Yes	Transient issue; retried automatically.
