Shopify Credential - Online Store

A Shopify credential allows your workflows to connect with your Shopify store to manage products, orders, customers, inventory, and all your online store operations. Shopify uses OAuth authentication, which means the connection is established securely without the need to manually enter API keys.

The Shopify integration uses the OAuth 2.0 protocol, a secure authorization standard. This means:

  1. You do not need to generate or copy API keys manually
  2. Authorization is done directly from your Shopify admin panel
  3. Permissions are granted in a granular and transparent way
  4. You can revoke access at any time from Shopify

  1. In Floogos, go to the credentials section
  2. Select Shopify as the credential type
  3. Click Connect with Shopify
  1. A Shopify authorization window will open
  2. Log in to your Shopify account if you have not already
  3. Select the store you want to connect
  4. Review the permissions that Floogos is requesting
  5. Click Install app to authorize the connection
  1. You will be redirected back to Floogos
  2. The credential will be created automatically with the authorized permissions
  3. Verify the connection is working correctly by running a test

  • Sync products and inventory with other sales channels
  • Automate order management and shipping updates
  • Generate sales and customer behavior reports
  • Manage discounts and promotions automatically

  • Verify you have admin permissions on the Shopify store
  • Confirm your store has an active plan (not an expired trial)
  • Try clearing browser cookies and repeating the process
  • Disconnect the app from Shopify Admin > Settings > Apps and sales channels
  • Reconnect from Floogos to request updated permissions
  • Shopify OAuth tokens are long-lived but may expire
  • If the connection stops working, reconnect from Floogos
  • Check that the app has not been uninstalled from the Shopify admin panel
