SifenCancelarDE

Description

Cancels an Electronic Document that was already approved by SIFEN, through a signed event (siRecepEvento). The node builds the cancellation event with the given reason, signs it with the .p12 certificate from the credential, and sends it over SOAP with mutual TLS. Cancellation is only valid within the deadline set by DNIT from the DE’s approval; past that deadline, DNIT rejects the event.

Notes

• The reason must be between 5 and 500 characters; the node validates this before contacting SIFEN
• Cancellation is sent as a signed event, not as a new DE: the original voucher is marked as cancelled, it is not replaced
• Only valid within the deadline set by DNIT from the approval (typically 48 hours by regulation); past that deadline a credit note must be issued instead
• If SIFEN rejects the event, the node returns the rejection code and message without marking the DE as cancelled locally
