SifenEmitirDE

Description

Issues an Electronic Document (invoice, credit note, debit note or waybill) to SIFEN, Paraguay’s DNIT National Integrated Electronic Invoicing System (also known as e-Kuatia). The node builds the DE’s XML, computes the CDC (Control Code), signs it with the .p12 digital certificate from the credential, and sends it over SOAP with mutual TLS (siRecepDE).

The call is synchronous and idempotent by voucher number: if the numbering (establishment, expedition point and number) was already approved before, the node does not reissue and returns the existing CDC instead.

Credentials

This module requires a sifen credential type with:

• Certificate (.p12): the taxpayer’s digital certificate, base64-encoded
• Certificate password: to open the .p12 file
• Issuer RUC: with or without the check digit
• RUC check digit: optional, filled from the credential
• Establishment and expedition point: numbering registered with DNIT
• CSC ID and CSC: Taxpayer Security Code, used to build the KuDE’s QR code
• Environment: test (SIFEN Test) or prod (SIFEN production)

Notes

• The CDC has 44 digits and is the DE’s unique identifier before DNIT; it is used to query, cancel, and generate the KuDE
• Idempotent by numbering: retrying the same establishment/point/number that was already approved returns the existing CDC (idempotent: true) instead of reissuing
• The call uses mutual TLS: the credential authenticates the connection to SIFEN, not just the document signature
• If DNIT rejects the DE, the node returns an error with the rejection code and message
