CRM Integrations
Floogos’ CRM integrations are the set of nodes that connect your automations to the tools where your team manages customers and work: CRMs, task managers, boards and ticketing. Create contacts, deals, tasks, issues and cards —and keep them in sync— without your team having to code against eight different APIs.
The problem
Section titled “The problem”Your customer and work data lives scattered across many tools, and none of them talk to each other:
- The lead comes in through a form or your e-commerce… but someone has to type it into the CRM.
- The deal closes in HubSpot or Salesforce… but the onboarding task is created separately in Asana or ClickUp.
- The ticket arrives in support… but someone copies it to Jira for the technical team to pick up.
- Each tool has its own different API: Bearer token, OAuth2, key+token, GraphQL, flat or typed properties, its own date formats, its own rate limits.
Integrating each one separately is a project: understanding its auth, data model and error codes, and maintaining it when it changes. The usual result is copy-pasting between tabs, with duplicated, stale data.
The solution for your company
Section titled “The solution for your company”Floogos’ CRM integrations wrap that complexity into ready-to-use nodes. Your company gains:
- One platform, eight tools: work with HubSpot, Salesforce, monday.com, Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion and ClickUp with the same model, without leaving Floogos.
- Zero technical friction: you don’t implement OAuth flows, GraphQL clients or each API’s format. The node does it for you, with a one-click testable credential.
- From any trigger: create a contact from a form, a task from an e-commerce order, an issue from a workflow error, or a card from a cron. The action in your CRM is just another workflow step.
- Real synchronization: one event creates the CRM record and the task in the manager and the notification in the channel, in a single flow, with no duplicated data.
- Actionable errors: each node distinguishes what retries on its own (rate limits, network drops, server errors) from what needs your attention (invalid data, missing permission), and gives you the tool’s real message.
In short: you turn managing customers and work from manual tab-hopping into a step of your automation.
Connected tools
Section titled “Connected tools”| Tool | Category | Authentication | Main object |
|---|---|---|---|
| HubSpot | CRM | Private App token | Contacts, companies, deals, tickets |
| Salesforce | CRM | OAuth2 (Connected App) | Records (Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Case) |
| monday.com | Work management | Personal token (GraphQL) | Board items |
| Jira | Ticketing / issues | Email + API token | Issues |
| Asana | Task management | Personal Access Token | Tasks |
| Trello | Kanban boards | API key + token | Cards |
| Notion | Workspace / databases | Integration token | Pages |
| ClickUp | Task management | Personal API token | Tasks |
Each tool has its reference page with its nodes, credential, configuration and examples.
How it’s organized
Section titled “How it’s organized”Every connector follows the same six-operation pattern over its main object: create, read, update, delete, list/search and comment. Learn one and you already know the others:
- CRMs — HubSpot and Salesforce: customer objects and records (contacts, deals, opportunities, cases).
- Task management and boards — Asana, ClickUp, Trello and monday.com: tasks, cards and items.
- Ticketing — Jira: technical-team issues.
- Workspace — Notion: pages and databases.
Getting started
Section titled “Getting started”- Create your tool’s credential in Credentials → Add and validate it with the Test button.
- Go to the tool’s reference page (under Nodes → Connections) to see its nodes and fields.
- Check the Use cases for complete examples: capture a lead into the CRM, turn a ticket into a team task, or onboard a customer synced across several tools at once.
