SifenConsultarDE

Description

Queries SIFEN for the status of an Electronic Document using its CDC (siConsDE), the 44-digit Control Code that DNIT assigns to every voucher. It is useful to verify whether a DE was approved, to reconcile status after a timeout during synchronous issuance, or to validate a voucher received from a third party.

Notes

• The CDC must be exactly 44 digits; if the format is wrong the node rejects the query before contacting SIFEN
• It does not require a digital signature, only the credential (certificate and environment) to authenticate the SOAP connection
• If encontrado is false, the CDC does not exist in SIFEN for the queried environment (test and prod are separate databases)
