Asana - Add Comment
↩ Part of the Asana integration.
Description
Section titled “Description”Posts a comment on a task (POST /tasks/{gid}/stories). In Asana, comments and activity entries are both stories; this node creates a story of type comment.
Use it to leave an audit trail on the task: the outcome of a check, a link to a generated document, the number of records processed.

- The text is plain: rich formatting and
@mentions are not supported by this node. For an HTML body (html_text) use the HTTP node. - Comments cannot be edited or deleted from these nodes — a comment is permanent activity on the task.
- A
404means the task does not exist or the account cannot see it; a403means it cannot comment on it. Neither is retried.
