Bulk issuance of documents (batch)
When you have volume —hundreds or thousands of documents per day— you don’t want to issue them one by one in real time. The Fiscal Hub lets you accumulate and issue in batch or by daily summary, depending on what each authority supports.
Scenario
Section titled “Scenario”At the end of the day (or every X hours) you want to issue all the pending documents that piled up during the day.
How the workflow looks
Section titled “How the workflow looks”Use the volume nodes
Section titled “Use the volume nodes”Some countries have nodes designed exactly for this:
- Paraguay — SifenEnviarLote sends up to 50 asynchronous documents and returns a protocol; then SifenConsultarLote reconciles the result.
- Peru — SunatResumenBoletas sends the daily receipt summary and returns a ticket; SunatConsultarTicket fetches the CDR once SUNAT processes it.
- Uruguay — DgiReporteDiario fulfills the mandatory daily CFE report.
Key points
Section titled “Key points”- Batch/summary issuance is usually asynchronous: you submit, receive a ticket or protocol, and query the result later. Split those two steps in the workflow.
- Track what was issued and what failed so you only retry the pending items (see HubfiscalRetryPending as a retry-with-backoff pattern).
- Schedule the cron at a time that respects the issuing country’s time zone.
