From support ticket to team task

Turn every event from your CRM or support into assigned work for the right team, without anyone copying data between tools.

A support ticket comes in (or a deal closes in the CRM) and you need the technical or onboarding team to pick it up. Instead of copying it by hand into Jira or ClickUp, the workflow creates the issue/task with all the information and notifies.

  1. Trigger — a webhook from the support system, a FormTrigger, or a cron that queries closed deals with HubSpot: Search objects / Salesforce: SOQL query.
  2. Jira: Create issue (jiraCreateIssue) for the technical team:
    project_key: OPS · issue_type: Bug · summary: {{data.subject}} · description: {{data.details}}
    (or ClickUp: Create task / Asana: Create task / Trello: Create card for an operations team).
  3. HubSpot: Update object — write the created issue id back onto the CRM deal/ticket for traceability.
  4. Slack — notify the team channel with the link to the issue.
  • The Jira description is converted to ADF automatically: you write plain text and the node builds the format the v3 API requires.
  • To move a Trello card across columns, or change status in Jira/ClickUp, use the Update node (Trello with idList, Jira: Transition, ClickUp with {"status":"..."}).
  • Store the returned id (issue/task) on the CRM record so you can close the loop later (and avoid duplicates if the workflow re-runs).
