Capture a lead into the CRM from a form
Publish a Floogos form (or receive the lead via a webhook from your landing page) and let every submission create the contact in your CRM instantly. No more copy-pasting between the inbox and the CRM.
Scenario
Section titled “Scenario”A visitor fills a contact form on your site. You want it to appear automatically as a contact in HubSpot (or as a Lead in Salesforce), ready for sales to work, and to notify the team channel.

- HubSpot: Create object (
hubspotCreateObject) withobject_type: contactsand the contact properties:(or Salesforce: Create record with{ "email": "{{data.email}}", "firstname": "{{data.name}}", "company": "{{data.company}}" }sobject: Leadand{"LastName":"{{data.lastname}}","Company":"{{data.company}}","Email":"{{data.email}}"}). - Slack / Telegram — a heads-up to the sales channel with the new lead and its CRM id.
- webresponse — confirms to the visitor that their message was received.
Key points
Section titled “Key points”- In HubSpot,
propertiesis a flat key-value map; in Salesforce, fields go in thefieldsJSON. Use property/field names exactly as they exist in your CRM. - Avoid duplicates: if the lead might already exist, use Salesforce: Upsert by external id (by email or your own id) instead of create, or search first with HubSpot: Search objects.
- A malformed email or an unknown property is a non-retryable validation error: the node returns the CRM’s exact reason so you can fix it.
